Here is another look at the portions we eat of our micronutrient dense foods that support us in our daily action lives. We love eating plenty of good food, feeling healthy and strong all the time. and never ever needing to see a doctor. This meal was so delicious and it didn't need to be salted or sugared to make it so. Nor did we need any processed foods like breads or crackers. And talk about satisfied. Yes, we were satisfied and nourished. Right after we finished eating we felt so great that we went trekking for an hour.
