Embracing a Mediterranean Diet

Get diet solution program at liabi.org ********************************************************************************************************************************************************http Mediterranean Diet is an eating pattern that science consistently shows promotes good health. Its also a way of life; supporting fresh, vibrant, tasty local food, enjoying meals with others, and staying active. I got to see this way of life when, after I traveled to Italy for Slow Food's Terra Madre meeting in northern Italy, I headed south to Sicily to find my grandmother's village. The local market was brimming with seafood of all kinds, fresh fruits and vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds, grains, dried & cured fruits, olives, herbs and spices, preserves, honeys, as well as local cheeses, some meats.I took some pictures to provide a visual of the Mediterranean diet share with you - visit www.facebook.com to view them under the "Jennifer's Mediterranean Diet photo album". I'd love to hear about your experiences and joy of the Mediterranean Diet.
