Fitness: How I Eat & My "Diet"

I want it to be HUGEEEEEE!!! :) so vote here at this link: mylikes.com THANK YOU!!Some Tips I Covered and Didn't Cover:- Get Active- Drink More Water, Especially Before Your Meals- Find Healthier Alternatives (ie Trail Mixes vs Chips, Frozen Yogurt vs Ice Cream)- Eat Spicy Foods, It'll raise your body tempurature- Drink Ice Cold Water, your body has to work to heat it up- Eat A Light Breakfast- Sleep for at Least 7 Hours- Watch What You Eat, so don't eat in front of the TV- Chew Your Food Thoroughly and Slowly, you'll feel satisfied with less - Use Smaller Plates- Check Out the Website "Eat This, Not That" to find better alternatives- Water Down Your Juice- Try to Stay Away from Soda- Try To Stay Away from Candy, even Chocolate ...
