Kate Middleton Portrait Artist Responds to "Vicious" Criticism

Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, is reportedly undergoing hypnotherapy sessions to treat issues related to her case of severe morning sickness. According to the International Business Times, Middleton's new treatment will be aimed at improving her appetite and eliminating some of the nausea caused by her condition, also known as hyperemesis gravidarum. The Duchess was diagnosed back in early December, 2012. "Kate still looks at food and feels nauseous. She's been plagued with that feeling you have when you've had food poisoning and your stomach's shrunk," said the Duchess's friend Jessica Hay to Australia's New Idea magazine. "She finds it very hard to eat a full meal and gets full very quickly. The hypnotherapy is taking away any negative thoughts connected with food from the morning sickness, and replacing them with cravings for healthy, nutritious food." Hays also indicates Kate Middleton has taken up Pilates and is on a diet of wholesome meals. For snacks, the Duchess is consuming foods such as berries, avocados, oatmeal and broccoli.
